With LadyOfTheMoon we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 30 days after receiving your order the time to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase necessary.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is within the European Union is delivered, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.
Returned items must be unused and unworn, have their tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If this is the case, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
