How accurate are the product photos on the website?

We do our very best to represent the colors of our products on LadyOfTheMoon as realistically as possible.

However, online shopping can sometimes be challenging because colors may appear differently on different screens. Factors such as screen settings, brightness, resolution, and lighting can make a color look slightly different from how it appears in real life.

Our product photos are taken in a professional studio with controlled lighting. As a result, the colors may differ slightly in natural daylight.

The photos showing the bag being worn by a model in an everyday setting usually provide the best indication of what the color looks like in real life.

What is your return and exchange policy?

How do I care for my LadyOfTheMoon products?

With the right care, your clothes stay looking good longer, retain their shape, and keep their colors fresh.

General care

  • Always check the care label before washing the garment
  • Wash similar colors together to prevent fading
  • Turn clothes inside out before washing to protect the fabric

Washing

  • Wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water
  • Use a mild detergent to preserve the quality of the fabric
  • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage fibers and cause colors to fade

Drying

  • Preferably air-dry clothing to preserve its shape and lifespan
  • Avoid high temperatures in the dryer, as they can cause shrinkage or damage
  • Lay delicate items flat to dry to prevent stretching

Ironing & steaming

  • Use a low to medium temperature, depending on the fabric
  • Steaming is a good alternative for removing wrinkles without direct contact
  • Iron delicate fabrics inside out or use a pressing cloth

Storage

  • Store clothing in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Hang clothes that wrinkle easily and fold knitwear to maintain its shape
